Payment
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to New York state.
Domestic Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, with tracking, 2-3 business days after the order has been placed.
International Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, with tracking, 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. If your country participates in USPS tracking, your package’s tracking will continue after it leaves the US, however if not, tracking will end after leaving the US.
Malz Palz is not responsible for any customs fees or delays incurred.
Where’s my package?
If your package is missing please send us an email at woof@malzpalz.com so we can look into this for you. Sometimes USPS tracking is finicky and your package is coming, it’s just taking the scenic route. We’re always happy to work with you to make sure your package gets into your paws!
Please note, if the package has been marked as delivered and you did not receive it, we cannot be held responsible. Please double check the address information you've provided is correct to avoid any issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any items, however, we are happy to exchange products that have been damaged in transit. Please contact us at woof@malzpalz.com with any issues. If any item must be returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

How are your products made?
All Malz Palz products are designed and packaged in house.
Greeting Cards & Prints are printed in house using a digital inkjet process. Our Cotton Fine art paper is American made and does not contain any acid or brightening agents. Specifications on paper type can be found here. Note: we recommend signing our cards with a gel pen or marker, not that other pens won't work, we just want you to get the best results pawsible.
Pins are manufactured out of house.
Our products, excluding pins, are all American made. Each item has been assembled with ruv, by hand, in our Brooklyn pawfice.
Can you draw my pet for me?
